I have added a version with larger type and and a styled table of contents. Is this what you had in mind? http://okfnlabs.org/theme-okfn/handbook.html

@mintcanary that's very nice -- though I feel bad as in fact @pudo had a go on this last night (we were launching) this morning with results at: http://opendatahandbook.org/en/

Source is https://github.com/okfn/sphinx-theme-okfn/blob/master/static/bootstrap-sphinx.css

We can probably merge these two ;-)
