Support clustering on map #57

I found #49 where clustering is disabled because it doesn't currently work. What are the chances for adding clustering support?

I'm willing to work on a patch, but I'm new to Timeliner, so anything you could do to point me in the right direction would be great.

@aaronbauman hey there - adding back clustering support would be pretty easy. Would probably aim to do this as part of TimeMapper https://github.com/okfn/timemapper which is will replace timeliner as the primary timemap app some time soon (so please re-open the issue there).
