Rather than always starting from the first event.

So what we would need to do would be:

new config option startFrom: with values [start, end, today]
use this config option to set start item - see http://stackoverflow.com/a/19865385 for how to do today option

Should this also be a recline.js issue? view.timeline.js is used by timemapper, so this option could also be added there.
