Making map wider #151

I am wondering if there is a way to widen the map. Since we are dealing with an area that stretches from Iraq to Morocco, it would be nice to have a little more space for the map. Is this possible?

do you want the timeline in there as well? If not you could just choose the map option and get a full-width map. Otherwise we probably want a way to support custom css ...

I would like to leave the timeline, but widen the map on the page.

Hi, we would like to have an option to disable the map (on mobile devices only) and to just show the timeline. My 5cent: instead of adding lots of flags just give us a way to ingest custom-css, so everyone can adjust the look & feel the way they like?
