Document 'Start' and 'End' columns better #170

This may be completely obvious to most people, but there have been issues where a user changes the Start column to something else and wonders why the Timemap stops working. The supported columns should be clearly specified in the Timemapper home page, helping people adapt their spreadsheet - not just in the sample worksheet. It's also not particularly clear that End (and not, say, Finish) is a supported column.
