Support for "url" (aka web page or home page) in data #70

if you supply url field in the data we display it somewhere in info section.

Where should it go in info section?

We have limits in what we can do due to timelinejs stuff ...

I suggest "Top (under title)" which also corresponds somehow with the position in the data sheet, while the source link is at the end of the table and bottom in the information field.

@thtbln OK, the solution I've gone for is actually making the title a link (if there is a url). I'm about to deploy so you can see what you think - would love to have feedback on this (will probably need to iterate).
