template spreadsheet on http://timemapper.okfnlabs.org/create isn't shared #71

Signed in to timemapper via twitter, I tried to use the template spreadsheet on http://timemapper.okfnlabs.org/create (under section 1, "The easiest way to get started is to copy (or follow) this template." and when I sign into google drive it says I need permission to access the template.

I want the template to be usable by anyone on timemapper so that it's a useful starting point.

Very weird - its listed as "public on the web" in sharing system (but i can confirm you are prompted to sign in to access it!)

interestingly I get totally different behaviour today - no prompting etc regardless of how I sequence google/twitter logins. Anyway, works now :)
