Rename "Connect and Publish" in context #93

When you paste in the URL of your spreadsheet on the project creation page, you have to hit "Connect and Publish" to get the entry boxes for Title and Slug to appear. Once you fill those in, you have to press "Connect and Publish" a second time to actually publish.

It's strange that the same button serves two different purposes (viz. poking the sheet and bringing up the Title and Slug info; "connecting and publishing" proper).

That won't always happen - it happens if you don't trigger the change event on the url field (if you do trigger the change event the boxes auto-appear). I don't know an easy way to fix this ...

WONTFIX. Marking as wontfix for present as no easy way to fix and this will only happen in certain situations (and site still works)
