Multilingual: "Source" #97

Creating http://timemapper.okfnlabs.org/thtbln/sizilien-und-mittelmeerraum in German I realized, that there should be a possibility to translate the term "Source" from the spreadsheet to have the German word "Quelle" in the time map instead. Could there be a second row in the spreadsheet with translation(s)? In the future there should be also options for multilingual header and footer of the time map (by ... using ... Embed; License ... Source Data)

more in general, for multilingual timemaps it would be useful to localize the date references (locale) shown on the timeline

@pibinko localization would be pretty nice and at least for dates and basic terms should not be too hard. Would you be interested in helping implement this?

I tried looking at the code, but it isn't immediate for me to provide modifications directly...but if you happen to have resource files with strings for translation, I'll be glad to help.
