Media: Caption with copyright and licensing information and link to source

While some media are in the public domain or free to use without restrictions others might need a caption with copyright and licensing information: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Reusing_content_outside_Wikimedia The caption should consist of:

1. link to the source picture or (in Wikimedia projects) the descriptive page with metadata (e.g. http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Byzantiumby650AD.svg)
2. possibly automatically extract license information, cf. "Use this file on the web":
3. Free caption text (another column in the spreadsheet)

It might be a good idea for pictures from Wikimedia projects to make it possible to use the link to the descriptive page (in the "Media" column of the spreadsheet) with metadata (e.g. http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Byzantiumby650AD.svg). This would require to extract the "Full resolution" link but with the advantage to update automatically the link to a better media file if provided later.
