Add Myndighetsdata.se #18

There are three interesting and more accessible solutions for contact data as open data to Swedish public bodies. @johannilsson has done https://github.com/myndighetsdata - http://www.myndighetsdata.se/ (only authorities, not all public bodies) - would be cool to showcase it at OpenGov.se. @johannilsson - Would you like to see it at OpenGov.se? Would you like to write a short case story about how you did it and why it is important?

The site is a result from a hackathon and quite rough atm. @thuma is the one running the existing services. @thuma what's the status of the project, the scbid endpoints is quite useful but if the project is not maintained I'm not sure if it should be featured at open gov though.

@johannilsson I see. Could be cool to feature as case story as demonstration and proof of concept to show possibilities why authorities need to open up and contribute to collected open data db with API from beginning. :smile:

I think it would be a good idea with a case story and i think we should make the server code open source as well, so that it can be picked up by others needing scb ids for example.
