Enable easy translation of UI #15

Current strings in UI are hard coded English strings. Modifications in views should be made to enable easy translations of all UI messages using laravel method trans() or blade @lang.

Language detector installed. Preperation for greek translation of UI. Needs to replace all fixed strings with translatable strings.
