Till now, links are presented as shortened IRIs on created links table, MyLinks table and MyVotes table. As suggested on #28, labels would be preferable. Template should take care of user locale to present a label most suitable for each user. Or even a user could configure what is preferred.

Fixed for Create Links page using user locale and superadmin defined label properties. Tooltips show the full IRI. If a label is not found then shortened IRI is shown. Will be expanded for My links page and My Votes page.
