Connectivity function consumes bandwidth #55

Currently all connected link IDs are returned on every request, in URI form, thus consuming bandwidth. And then all the nodes are updated. Perhaps only the delta should be send and update the graph accordigly.

Related to #77. A vuex store would enable this kind of functionality.
