Custom App function doesnt let me choose what app to start #26

As the title says. I would like to bind my F3 key to opening an app using the built in Custom App function. However there is no option to choose the app i want to start. My fnlock is missing the browse button for each function button and when i run Custom App i get en Error saying Error launching specified app
