The program works for me, which is great, but I'm worried about this issue reported by Windows Defender. It says there's a trojan embedded into the program. I downloaded the exe directly from GitHub.

It's just a false positive. My Windows Defender doesn't detect it as a virus, the same as Windows Defender in the VirusTotal. Maybe try to redownload and see if that works, make sure to download the program from this repo.
