Path contains Chinese error #722

My project path exists in Chinese, for example, "D:\doc\路网通\html" will be wrong. How should I solve it? Koala v2.3.0 does this in the win10 system do not make a mistake, and can have Chinese annotations? Sorry kind of a known issue (https://github.com/oklai/koala/labels/UTF-8). But no solution yet, I'll work on it ASAP
