Gapless doesn't work #47

Due to what seems to be a huge download/load/buffer time for tracks, playing a gapless album (like Dark Side of the Moon) just doesn't work.

tidal-cli 2.0.4 (release version) Ubuntu 18.04.1

I also love DSOTM and know that not being able to hear it as a whole thing isn't great, but I cannot think of any way I could load the next songs while the current plays, cause playback is on the side of mpv which, as I'm concerned, doesn't support it.

If you have an idea, how to do this, please share it with me or write it on your own and make a PR.
