Can't get past donation page #53

Hi, I seem to be having the same issue as #46 but pressing "Shift + ;" brings up a flashing cursor just above the 'No Track' box but nothing else happens, typing doesn't work.

okonek commented 5 years ago

Don't you have any error or anything shown on the screen?

Scontoni commented 5 years ago

I will check and send a screenshot when I get home but I don't think there were any error messages

okonek commented 5 years ago

Ok, thank you

Scontoni commented 5 years ago

I just tested it again and I found that maximizing the terminal made it work properly and the typing bar was displayed, so it was just a resizing issue. It seems to work perfectly now but I have to maximize the terminal to be able to see the search bar.

Ok, this is kind of strange. I'll see what I can do about it.

Also been trying to tackle this issue. I tried several terminal emulators and re-installed a few times. Looked at the above suggestions but could not get past the donation page.

okonek commented 5 years ago

That's very strange. What distro are you using?

fleyva1 commented 5 years ago

I am using Antergos. What kind of log can I provide?

I have the same problem. It doesn't even let me login. It constantly goes to donation page.

Flash619 commented 5 years ago

I can confirm the same issue. I can select 'Copy PayPal link' as well as 'Copy Bitcoin Address', however I can never get to the command bar.

OS: Arch Linux Terminal: Konsole v18.08.3

:Edit

Sorry, I missed the instruction to use ':', everything is working now!

okonek commented 5 years ago

As the @Flash619 said. Have you used :?

pabichw commented 5 years ago

I had the same issue. It turned out that my terminal window was too small to show command bar - it was never frozen. Just expand the window :)
