Can't sign in #76

Open jeromegn opened 4 years ago

jeromegn commented 4 years ago

I tried signing in, entered my username and password. When I press "enter" or "space" on the "Sign in" button, it does not work. Nothing happens. I tried pressing enter multiple times, nothing.

I tried in tmux, out of tmux, with the alacritty terminal, with gnome terminal, nothing worked.

I also created the credentials.json file myself to try and skip this step. That did not work either. It still shows me the sign in screen.

Tried both v1 and v2. Same issue.

Some issue for me. When I click the button "Sign in", nothing happens.

ihinojos commented 4 years ago

Same issue here, journalctl shows no logs regarding messages from app about errors

Same here.

EDIT: Tried creating the ~/.config/tidal-cli-client/credentials.json file manually, still shows me the sign-in screen on launch.

Do you have a model file that i can use to create mine?

Did anyone solve this?

Having the same issue on popOS 21.04

same

jesterpaul commented 1 year ago

Same here. I am on ElementaryOS 6.1 Jolnir.

I have latest node.js npm. My npm version is 8.19.2 and node version 16.8.1. I ran the command sudo nmp -g i tidal-cli-client@latest to ensure I have the latest Tidal version.

When I run tidal-cli I get the login screen, but it is impossible to type in any field, so I cannot sign into my account. I even tried another terminal app, but the issue is thew same, so not a terminal app problem.
