Since an actual scale is being established for the units, it should be 
implemented (within reason).  This shouldn't be too dramatic truth be told, 
although the tanks may be a little too small.  Cruisers will probably be too 
big too.

At least have each group of units be scaled in relation to eachother.

Going to just skip this...  few RTS try to actually maintain scale, and it 
would probably have tiny planes and tanks and enormous cruisers.
