flaghip stopped receiving minerals on r1457 #282

must be something with the namechange bflagship - flagship
mineral drop-off cruiser works fine, it's just the flagship that doesn't get 
any minerals from miners.

Oh man, thanks Lowdive for pointing that out!  Fixed it.  But, looks like from 
your screenshot that another bug is present with the LUA AI's, from my earlier 
drone name changes.  I will try and fix that pronto!  going to make another 
issue for it.
