Tread Tracks #289

Someday I should probably line up and work on the tank tread tracks.  These 
have never, ever been touched, and could really improve the game.  Probably 
should make some of my own too.

Not going into detail until the fate of the tanks is decided...

Did fool around with the miner and engineer though.  Adjusted slightly... not 
as flexible as I was expecting.
