Remodel power plants #309

The power plants need to actually look cool. The old sterling was cool but now
it doesn't really fit. Needs something a lot more high tech looking.

Should go with whatever "particle" energy source or whatever exists in CT's
universe. (not thought up yet)

Also, should be square. done with rectangular power plants!

I liked the design, though it looks a bit "dead"... IMO, OFC.
Are all the buildings going to size up like that? Or just the power plant?

It does look dead doesn't it... :/

I will probably slightly remodel it to give it some life. Not sure how though.

Nah, the power plant was just sized up because it was too small in the first
place.

You know, I came to think that... well... I live close to a power plant... and
it does not emit any kind of "sci-fi effect" or sound you know, it does look
dead... maybe it's just other spring mods that have set the expectation for
particles or some kind of "life"...

Remodeled the power plant and it's advanced brother. Looks a lot cooler, yet
still retaining enough "realism". Inspired by a random picture of an abandoned
soviet power station. Woo hoo!
