Dawn of War gave me a good idea of adding some kind of rotating/otherwise 
moving icon (DoW uses a wrench) to show an idle villager.  When it is building, 
it disappears.  When it's idle, it reappars.

I really like this idea, but not 100% how I can "make it my own" (so it's not a 
blatant rip-off of DoW) or exactly how to do it.

One note:  should only be visible to the owners of the unit...  not sure how to 
do that easily though :S
