Remodel Heavy Missile Tank #341

Unit needs to be completely redone.  Will attack with a missile barrage (such 
as the catapult from BA or the old siege artillery from this game), so the new 
model needs to be able to work with that.  Possibly something like a missile 
truck, with treads?
