Damage indicating fire #343

Add some points on big stuff (cruisers and buildings), and make smoke and fire 
poof out according to damage.

Shows how to do it.  Now, just have to add points, and make some CEGs to do it.

All Cruisers and their morphed forms are done.  (EXCEPT for Flagship... which 
needs to be remodeled anyways.)

Most buildings are done.  TODO:

* Land Turret (after remodel?)
* Gatling Turret (after remodel?)
* Jammer Tower (if I even still want it?)
* Adv Land Turret (after remodel?)
* Adv Air turret (after remodel?)
* Adv Gatling Turret (after remodel?)
