Repair station issues with flying mech #353

flying mechs go to repair station, sit there, and don't get repaired, meanwhile 
they get stuck there waiting to be repaired and I can't get them out of repair 
station... It's first try at repair station so I don't know if it is the same 
issue with planes.

Made it so the flying mech can't land at repair stations, just like cruisers.  
Not 100% sure why this is happening, hopefully it can be resolved at some 
point.  Thanks for pointing it out Lowdive!
