Takeda Unload #360

Load circle drag seems to work properly, but unload circle drag order has a 
problem, because it won't "split" the circle area in random unload orders, it 
wants to unload exactly in the center of the circle and if there's a unit there 
already the Takeda will stay put until that unit moves away.

I'll upload a pic later because I don't know if I explained myself very well.

Yeah, this is an engine issue.  I don't think there's anything I can do.

I can change it so that it lowers to the ground to unload.  That solves this 
issue, but the unload is slower (and looks a little nastier), and sometimes it 
didn't work for an unknown reason when I tested it.
