Unable to compile for iPhone with Xcode 3.2.5 #19

1. Open VVOpenSource project
2. Select Build/install VVOSC iPhone SDK
3. Select Release
4. Build

Produces error:
target specifies product type 'com.apple.product-type.framework', but there's 
no such product type for the 'iphoneos' platform

Using Xcode 3.2.5 under OS X 10.6.7

unable to reproduce using 3.2.6/10.6.8, presumed fixed?
