Updates to #3 #5

I tried this branch with the following command:

okta start express -b ophers-main

I'm able to log in, but not log out. @tanay1337 Can you please test and fix logout?

@mraible What’s the error message for logout? It works for me.

@tanay1337 There's no error. Logout just doesn't work. Here's a video showing the behavior.
