Cherry picking in @emanor-okta's #295 "Adds ability to specify JWT kid header" so we can run this change in CI
mvdan.cc/gofumpt was updated, formatting changes from make fmt
Updated password generator used in the tests as a policy changed in the test org
TestGroupRuleOperations integration test was flapping and slow so it was wrapped it in a backoff to remove 35 seconds of hardcoded sleep time
