Support symfony/yaml 3.2 #85

This library works with either version. octobercms/rain (October CMS) requires ^3.2 however (breaking changes in 4.0 mean that they can't update yet) so this allows any October CMS user to also use this library.

Thanks @LukeTowers, I'd double like if I could! @bretterer would really appreciate priority on this as it is preventing us from upgrading our framework to Laravel 6, and Laravel 5.5 EOL is this August. Thanks much 🙏
