Create a diagram of the Okta specific components following principles described in the dependency injector documentation, see: https://python-dependency-injector.ets-labs.org/examples/application-single-container.html#application-single-container

Initial set of components are (pardon the .NET naming conventions):

• IAuthorizationHeaderProvider
• IPaginationProvider
• IRetryProvider
• IEventProvider
• ILogger

To adhere to a more Python specific naming convention the above interfaces should be thought of as metaclasses and names should reflect this:

• AuthorizationHeaderProviderMeta
• PaginationProviderMeta
• RetryProviderMeta
• EventProviderMeta
• LoggerMeta
