Unable to login with valid credentials after logging in with incorrect credentials #1004

Background info

Using the Okta sign-in widget; a user is unable to login with valid credentials after logging in with incorrect credentials.

Due to user error, If the sign-in widget doesn't recognize the domain as having an IDP, it will go to a local sign-in screen and won't allow the user to go back and fix their domain; leaving he user stuck.

Expected behavior

Once the username is corrected the sign-in widget to redirect to the IDP if detected by the domain.

What went wrong?

The user was unable to login after supplying an incorrect domain and correcting it.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Login with incorrect domain on login creds
