The way it the "Need Help signing in?" hyperlink currently displays, it looks like a regular hyperlink that will take the user to a new page. But it actually expands a menu with more links.
Expected behavior
Instead we would like to display a better indicator, such as a chevron next to the link. Like this:
When the user clicks link, the menu expands. Ideally the chevron would flip in the opposite direction, indicating that it can be closed, like this:
