No warning for empty first name

Background info

During registration, when the user removes focus from the First Name field without inputting anything, there is no error. This doesn't happen with any of the other fields. The warning shows up if you tab out of that input, though.

Expected behavior

Warning should surface if the field is empty

What went wrong?

Steps to reproduce

Select Sign-Up -> Focus on First Name -> Click out of First Name.
