Self-Service Registration form styling not matching the Schema Form

Background info

When using the self-service registration form to customise the fields that users enter during registration, the labels are not displaying and formatting in the same way as the login screen.

The styling of the login screen was recently changed to use labels instead of placeholders and to display the labels above the fields.

Expected behavior

What should have happened?

• The fields should show labels instead of placeholders
• The select field labels should appear above the fields instead of alongside

What went wrong?

Please provide log or error messages if applicable.

Steps to reproduce

• Configure the widget to use self-service registration
• Click on the Sign Up link to display the self-registration form
• The form should appear with placeholders in the fields and no labels
• Add a custom field with enums using the profile editor
• Add the field to the self-service registration form
• The field displays with the label alongside the dropdown field instead of above the field
