As a admin I want to be able to deploy a NoSy dependencies Keycloak to k8s PoC level #2

I want our entire required infrastructure in k8s to be able to test it but also to make it easy for developers and users to PoC our product. This ticket is to handle automatic setup of keycloak.

Create a master helm that calls on all of our sub applications charts + the possibility of calling on all the infrastructure.

If the users don't want to use that specific basic infrastructure they should be able to disable this.

If they don't want all NoSy microservices they should be able to disable them

I currently can't find a operator for keycloak. For now i suggest that we focus on a community helm chart: https://github.com/helm/charts/tree/master/stable/keycloak
