Set up a k8s infrastructure in a cloud environment that we can use in our CI/CD piepline using IAC (Infrastructure As Code)

Also setup docker and helm repo that we need to store our build artifcats.

Also provide a open docker and helm repo for TAG releases of NoSy microservices.

Think long term, can we setup a environment that can support multiple people administrating this environment.
