option to pick a different Okteto instance #21

Giving demos in Cloud is dangerous since its performance is worse than a team or private instance. would it be useful to have an option (even if it's hidden for now).

+1 That was the initial idea and I organized the code to do so, we should be able to switch between contexts pretty easily. We could add a context switch in the UI.
