Describe the bug Remote SSH window fails to open with “Error missing proxy instance MainThreadDebugService”. image

The same issue doesn't reproduce if we run okteto up and then start the remote-ssh session manually.

This seems to be an issue with the latest version of remote-ssh (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/73355818/failed-to-connect-to-the-remote-extension-host-server-error-missing-proxy-inst) .
