Consider BiwaScheme / LIPS #103

Yuni currently support BiwaScheme 0.6 but now it has serious macro expander and needs to be moved on it.

LIPS( https://lips.js.org/ ) is not compatible with yuni.

Perhaps we need some separate project (yunibase-js ?)
