[ROADMAP] Update to Sveltekit 2 and Svelte 5 #18

Any timeline for roadmap and maintenance planning ?

Hello @lgs. I have a branch here https://github.com/okupter/kitforstartups/tree/try/lucia-v3 with the migration to SvelteKit v2, Svelte 4 and Lucia v3.

I'm going to release this in a couple of days (or less).

As for Svelte 5, it's wise to wait for it to be stable before having it in main. But I'll definitely do some tests.
