Some cards (ruins, knights, shelters, etc) do not appear in end of game summary #462

These are the cards:

1) Shelters (Overgrown Estate, Hovel, Necropolis)
2) Specific Knights (Dame Anna, Sir Destry, etc)
3) Specific Ruins (Ruined Library, Survivors, etc)
4) Kingdom cards with empty piles
5) Black Market cards (I assume -- haven't checked this one)

I think that's all of them.  One possible fix would be to include a "show 
additional cards" button or something.

I missed one.  The trash is also not visible during the end of game summary.
