Problem of the card Rebuild from DA #505

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When all Estates and Duchies are gone and DA card Rebuild gets an Estate, 
the system cannot skip the procedures of getting a Victory card. It stucks 
there.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It tells me to select a (not mentioned, but understood as Victory) card of at 
most 5, but none is available. The system stucks there.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest edition. Android 4.0

The same bug occurs when playing Governor (and choosing the trash option) if 
there are no cards costing exactly 2 more.
