Visual doesn't update when there is no data and the dollars in x-axis does not show full amount #17

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

Issue 1. When I don't have any data the visual shows the previous data rather than the visual going blank. The expected result would be the visual to not show anything if there is no data. Issue 2. The amount in x axis is being cut off from the visual and does not show full amount which looks weird. The current unit is none and I want to display whole numbers. image

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Select filter B or C
  2. Then select filter A
  3. the visual will not update as there is no data for A and it will show the data for the previous selected slicer selection.
  4. Also if filtered on B the values in X axis does not show the full amount.
