Target value does not appear when no Category is selected #23

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

The visual was working fine until today. I have three visuals using Bullet Chart, two of which work fine (since they have a Category value). One does not work since it doesn’t have a Category value. The Value will show up, but the Target won’t. No matter what date I place in the target field, if it doesn’t have a Category, it won’t show a value. Please help. Thanks.

Please check if the preview version 2.3.1.1 fixes the issue (https://github.com/okviz/bullet-chart-issues/releases/tag/v2.3.1.1), otherwise provide a sample file, it's required to evaluate the issue.
