Is there an existing issue for this?
Current Behavior
When "borders" are disabled on bullet chart visual - and background = white; then there's still a small white "border" around the visual.

Steps To Reproduce
Add bullet chart Set background to white Disable borders Fill Title text Set Title background to same as canvas (darker than white) ... there's a thin white border around the visual.
