Sparkline - Baseline at 0 not working #196

Describe the issue When I display a sparkline using dates as the axis and a measure as the value and then set the "Baseline at 0" option under "line" in the configuration panel then nothing changes. I expected the line to be drawn different as my lowest point is at a value greater than 0.

To reproduce Create a visual using a date column as axis and a simple sum(xxx) measure as value. Then switch the "Baseline at 0" option to "On".

Unfortunately, we have suspended the release of updates on this visual, except for security bugs. I have added an On-Hold tag and closed the issue; I will reopen it when we begin actively working on the project again.
